Refund policy

Please look over your order as soon as it is delivered. If you feel that you have received defective or incorrect items, or you did not receive something from your order, please contact us within 48 hours. After the 48 hour mark, it will be assumed that your order is correct. 

If you wish to return your item(s) for any reason, we will happily do so up until 30 days after the purchase date. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for the return postage fees.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag(s) still attached. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns if there is evidence that our terms have been violated.
